There is no wrong way to exercise your body. Movement looks different for everyone. Some people lift weights, yoga, dance, run, surf, or fight 🤜 . . The best way to exercise is the way that feels good for you and your body. If spending an hour at the gym staring at yourself in the mirror while you count reps sounds miserable, then DO SOMETHING ELSE. Try adding this tweak to your pulldowns for some extra lat engagement. Start the movement just like a regular overhand pulldown, but once the bar reaches about eye level, drive one elbow downward and behind your back. Alternate which arm you use with each repetition.
