Honestly did not want to post this video because I did not get the kick over from ground. Then I realized for the past FIVE YEARS since high school I have wanted to learn a backbend kickover but was too terrified to even TRY. Also, if it is challenging to grab your foot, try it with a strap! There is a lot at work in this position. Any balancing postures take focus.
