If you feel like your shoulders aren’t getting bigger, try doing shoulder presses 2 times a week instead of one. Months ago I was able to squat my weight “comfortably”. By that I mean it was not as low as it really needed to be. Over time, I started small and worked my way up. I built my strength and my muscle all while correcting my form and am able to really squat... MORE THAN MY WEIGHT! It’s pretty close to my weight but still this is a milestone and huge accomplishment for me!
