Im BACK... again ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So yesterday was my 4th Gym session in 3 months and my first session in 40 days. I mainly focused on my fitness however i threw in a small upper body workout. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ - Cable Pull Overs⁣⁣ - Dumbell Rows⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Personally feel like my knee is getting worse day by day. I feel like it has disturbed my progress enough over the past year so i have taken a deep breath and decided to continue training. R O A D - T O - R E C O V E R Y⁣ ⁣ Finally back in gym. The past year has been tough. Continuously training with a dodgy knee hasn’t been easy at all. I was praying so badly after this surgery my knee would recover but that’s not the case. The rehab required is a long one. I guess i have to ease back into the gym. Take my time and start lifting weights. It’s not going to be easy but it will be worth it.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ “Watch me get massive”⁣ ⁣ When I started this series people thought i was doing a few videos and getting big quickly. ⁣⁣⁣ One Week Post Op ✂️⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ So after my knee surgery i was pretty down as it didnt go as planned. If you dont know what happened and would like to know i will be uploading a video to my YouTube channel tomorrow. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ However after one week i feel pretty good, my knee may not be up to scratch and i may require another surgery however this week off from the Gym and from my day to day life has given me some time to reflect and contemplate on my goals. I only feel more and more motivated to smash my series “Watch me get massive” 💪🏻⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ I feel it is important for everybody to sometimes take a step back and get out of a routine. Everyone (Majority of people) in the UK lives likes robots, we do the same thing everyday and we never step out of our comfort zones and try something different. This week off has given me perspective.
