ANNOUNCEMENT ⁣ 🦈 ⁣ This year i will be taking part in #Gymshark66 new years challenge. ⁣ They say it takes 66 days to form a habbit, so my personal challenge to myself is to go for a morning run aswell as gain more mass. I am currently weighing at 84.9KG at 6FT tall. ⁣ ⁣ My primary aim is to go for a 20 minute run every single morning to wake me up and give me a fresh start to every single day. However my secondary aim is to get to 92KG by 11th March 2019- the end of #Gymshark66.This would mean gaining 0.10KG per day which is roughly 0.22 pounds per day. They say to gain 1 pound per week you would need to eat 4000 calories a day. In order for me to gain this weight i would have to eat roughly 4800 calories per day. That is an awful lot 🥵⁣ ⁣ Either way my aim is to gain more muscular mass.
