Si quieres perder peso de forma saludable, lo que te interesa realmente perder es GRASA corporal. Sin embargo, si te pesas en una báscula convencional, no sabrás de dónde proviene ese número, si de grasa corporal o de masa muscular. . 🤔Además, la pérdida de PESO corporal viene influenciada por muchos factores, entre ellos la medicación, actividad física, alimentación, hidratación, menstruación (en el caso de las mujeres), sueño y estrés. Cada persona es diferente al igual que sus hábitos, por ello no podemos estimar un número estándar de “KG” que se pueda perder en una semana. El peso es un dato muy relativo y subjetivo. Sin embargo, el peso de la báscula parece ser tan importante que si no se consigue a corto plazo, empiezan a aparecer sentimientos de frustración, culpabilidad, desesperación, desmotivación y como resultado... el abandono. Siempre les digo a mis pacientes que el peso no debe guiar su motivación, lo realmente importante es disfrutar del camino para llegar a la meta (pérdida de grasa corporal). Si nos enfocamos tanto en el resultado y no valoramos los pequeños avances que hacemos día a día, se están perdiendo cosas maravillosas. . 👌Si hacemos pequeños cambios en nuestros hábitos como incorporar más verduras, hacer más deporte, reducir el consumo de ultraprocesados… Los resultados llegarán y se notarán en tu talla de ropa, en tu estado de ánimo, en tu bienestar físico... más que solo en la báscula. . ❤️Y recuerda: TU SALUD NO LA DETERMINA TU PESO, SINO TUS HÁBITOS. #salud #healthylifestyle #workout #healthyfood #sport #nutrition #science #crossfit #gymmotivation #nofilter
