I simply can’t do ordinary salads. I love adding texture and goodness ❤️ . This salad has Peruvian peppers, red peppers, beets, raspberries and onions. I topped it with goat cheese, fried onions, seeds and raspberry balsamic. . Seriously who needs dressing when you have raspberry balsamic!? 😍 . Comment and share your favorite topping!

MINI MUFFINS!! You can make these into full size muffins too... BUT mini muffins are amazing! - I actually really enjoyed these. They have a slight banana oatmeal taste. But I love both of those Soooo!! - 5 mini muffins were 100 calories🥰 - ~ 1 egg ~ 1 teaspoon vanilla ~ 1 mashed banana ~ 1/4 cup maple syrup ~ 1/2 cup almond milk ~ 1 light and fit vanilla yogurt ~ 1 1/2 cups rolled oats ~ 1 teaspoon baking powder ~ 1 teaspoon cinnamon Combine and bake at 350!!🍌😍🤪
