Comment from Normurod Negmatov:

The draft essay "Absence" After his book "Khamsa" began to write a new book "Absence." Think why he called it so? Because in this essay there is only my image, and I myself look and remember those moments. The last seven years, I lived and studied in the city of Tashkent, in the Institute of Arts and Design named after Kamaliddin Begzada. Far from my family. Previously, I did not really understand what a person's absence was. I realized this at once - when I was returning home, to Samarkand, and then I realized exactly what this is my absence in nature, or the absence of nature in me. I do not remember death or the dead, I'm just out now, in these frames. And then I began to keep my absence in a new book to fill the past, and to be absent from the present. This essay is written as a photo show related to my life. The essay consists of nine thousand, nine hundred, ninety-nine photographs. As you understand, I did not write this book in words, I wrote images as a keeper of the memory of my nature. Every time I looked at photos of my relatives, or Samarkand's native city, remembering I collected those moments before or after this shot. And so I collected all the photographs connected with my life for seven years, and this gave my real result. In fact, nature is always absent from us, and we are also absent in another nature, and we always preserve those images present in our memory, and through these images we want to fill the absence of others in our world. Why did I write this book in the language of photography? Because only the photo gives an ideal opportunity to come up with not written moments. In photos, only seconds from our life are saved, and everything else we start to remember and think out every detail of the moment that was before and after this frame, and then we are really out of the present moment. Collecting my past moments, I'm absent at the moment. The photo gives a real presence in the world of my absence. My absence is very important for me to live this state anew. ...... contemporary contrast modernart model nuart art performans artist.artgaleri avangard abstract muzeum music love oldpainting paingart foto fotoart
