Not a great video (as you already know, I'm not big into selfies), but nevertheless a great exercise and variation to squats!!!! 😉 Using resistance bands and a bosu help reinforce using your core for balance, not letting knees buckle in, as well using lower extremity stabilizers. This is a great all-around exercise that along with the previously mentioned, also helps strengthen the quads, glutes, and hips. I did these today after my 5 miles as 1 of a few exercises in a circuit of 6 total exercises (including forward, backward, and side monster walks) using resistantbands. There are easily 15 - 20 different exercises you can do just for hips & glutes with resistant bands. There is so much you can do with these babies!!....and believe me, your hips and glutes will feel the burn! 🔥 As runners, we don't need big bulky muscles, but we do need them to be strong 💪🏼, especially those glutes and hips! Added bonus: tight 🍑!! -------------------------- Who else uses resistant bands??? What's your favorite resistant bands exercise??
